Tell us a little about yourself:
I’m a wife and mother. I stay at home and manage our small homestead and homeschool our child. I also do some freelance digital design work when time permits.
Why did you decide to try the keto diet?
I was tired of carrying extra weight. I was ready to take “ME” back.
What other diets have you tried? How does keto compare?
Many different fad diets, but none were sustainable. Keto has been, by far, the easiest for me to stick to because I don’t feel deprived. My energy level is up and my skin looks better, which are wonderful, unexpected results, in addition to weight loss.
What was the most challenging aspect(s) of the keto diet?
Charlie Horses in my legs and feet in the middle of the night!
How did you feel while doing THE KETO 30?
Good! Once I began seeing results, I felt even better!
What was your favorite part about THE KETO30?
I don’t feel deprived AND I’m losing the weight that harms my self-esteem. In just 30 days, I lost 10pounds, but it looks like I lost more because I also shaved 2″ off my waist and2″ off my hips! I was told not to gauge progress by only looking at the scale and that was great advice – You can lose inches without losing weight!
Any other final thoughts you’d like to share?
I’m really happy to have had the opportunity to participate in the challenge! It really kept me accountable and find my footing. I have continued with the keto lifestyle upon completion of the challenge and plan to continue doing so.
